Are you ready for the last month of the year? Because it is here. Time to start reflecting back on 2012 and making plans for 2013. One of my favorite bloggers, Cassandra of Coco + Kelley, wrote about this in a recent post called Dear December. It touched me because I can relate in so many ways. 2012 has been good to me, but there are some things to consider changing for 2013.
