I took this strange photo on my walk home from work today. I was going to comment on my unusual commute home and how I’ve become accustomed to walking each day, but instead I need to comment on how strange this photo is.
Look at the train signals on the street. Don’t they look oddly distorted? I didn’t doctor this photo at all – it’s exactly as taken. Oddly beautiful, no?

August is destined to be a big month for me. Remember that big project I mentioned before? Well, it’s happening! I’m working on behind-the-scene projects through August and should be ready for a big launch in September!
With all the craziness happening behind-the-scenes, I am on the lookout for any break I can take from the hectic to-do-list. That’s why this blog from Susannah Conway caught my eye. I love the idea of a simple post – just a photo! August is a beautiful month and, in some ways, the last month before new beginnings. It’s thrilling to be a part of something so many other blogs are participating in.
All that said, I’ve already made this blog more wordy than expected. So without further adieu I bring you…Laundering the Cat. Molly i’s my August helper.
